Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brats Bharat Foundation, we value the trust of our donors, supporters, and contributors. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as it explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for donations, membership contributions, and purchases (if applicable).

1. Donations and Contributions

• All donations made to Brats Bharat Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

• However, in case of a duplicate transaction, technical error, or accidental excess payment, you may request a refund.

• Such refund requests must be submitted to support@bratsbharatfoundation.org within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Orders for Goods or Merchandise (If Applicable)

If you purchase goods (such as merchandise, books, or educational material) from our website:

Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided the goods have not yet been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Goods with an expired shelf life or perishable items.

• Sealed items (for hygiene/health reasons) once unsealed after delivery.

• Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds without proof of delivery or receipt of returned goods.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

• No fees will be charged for processing an approved refund.

4. Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

• If the gift was purchased and delivered to the buyer, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
